Surveys clearly show that the more important the recipient thinks the mailed information is, the more anxious he or she is to have it delivered to their letter box. Although most people today pay their bills online, a full 81% want to receive their bills in letter form. This also applies to tax forms (82%) and pension information (67%).

It is also worth noting that young people want to receive important information in letter form as much as middle-aged people do. Nine in ten also say that ”taking care of the mail” is one of the first things they do when they come home each day. Source: Swedish Mail Habits 2010.

Tailor-made solutions

It is common knowledge that PostNord reliably delivers mail throughout the Nordic region and the rest of the world. But the fact that we can also take care of everything from printing to enveloping is perhaps not as widely known. We tailor solutions to fit the needs of each company. All of our solutions include the co-ordination of delivery times, various stamping options and a price that is most advantageous for the company.

Let customers choose how they are contacted

The results of the survey of Swedish (Denmark: Danish) people’s mail habits are clear – more and more recipients want to make their own choice as to how they are contacted. It therefore goes without saying that PostNord offers e-mail and internet bank messaging solutions that are just as excellent as our standard letter solutions.

Include information and offers with bills

Since the vast majority of people want to receive bills and similar information by mail, more and more companies are taking the opportunity to include information with their bills – for example, information about what the customer is getting for their money, what the company stands for, or current offers. We are happy to provide examples of how a company’s ”must” information becomes offensive communication, and to present survey results showing that 77% of bill recipients like to receive information and personal offers included in their bills.
